It seems to me that “open-shelf fil­ing and file room man­age­ment” have heighted since IRM pur­chase of “Accutrac”.

Hav­ing been an Out­sourced Prod­uct Man­ager for Xerox Busi­ness Ser­vices “File Room Man­age­ment” pro­gram in the 1990’s I have always thought it was cen­tral to cap­tur­ing the busi­ness at the source.
