WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. – DataChambers Records Management, a North Carolina-based firm specializing in the management and storage of business records, today announced the opening of a new facility in Morrisville, N.C.
The 24,000-square-foot office and record center space at Keystone Business Park is centrally located for convenient access to businesses across the Triangle. DataChambers Records Management will use the facility to provide a variety of secure, information-based services, including document imaging, shredding, file management and record storage.
Chris Kelley, chief operations officer for DataChambers Records Management, says the expansion into the Triangle is driven by demand from the company’s clients.
“Several of the businesses we support have a presence in the Raleigh-Durham area, and they are eager for us to offer the same services there that are available in the Triad and Charlotte,” he said. “We plan to deliver a complete package of information management solutions, backed by local accountability and a level of customer service that is unmatched in the industry.”
Among the companies who plan to use the new facility is Womble Carlyle Sandridge & Rice, PLLC, a leading law firm.
“With well over 100,000 boxes of vital records in storage across 11 cities on the east coast, our relationship with our records management vendor is very important,” says Brent Meadows, director of records services for Womble Carlyle Sandridge & Rice. “I’ve dealt with several records management companies, including some with a large, nationwide footprint. DataChambers is far and away the best company I’ve dealt with in the market. We recently expanded our relationship with them based on their top-notch, on-time and consistent service, and we’re delighted their new facility is near our offices in Raleigh and the Research Triangle Park.”
Headquartered in Winston-Salem, DataChambers Records Management is one of the largest, privately owned records management operations in the industry with more than 1.3 million cubic feet of inventory stored for more than 1,000 clients. Last year the company expanded into Charlotte with a new 85,000-square-foot facility at Ridge Creek Business Park. It recently invested in a new climate-controlled tape vault at the facility to protect client backup files and electronic records.

Members,
I’m wondering if any of the members could recommend a ‘Background Check’ service for new hires, that you are comfortable with and found them to be reasonably priced?
Thanks
John
