In the Gart­ner arti­cle I posted yesterday

… “Iron Moun­tain” was not rated Cau­tion nor was “Laser­fiche” … it was a spe­cific soft­ware prod­uct each mar­kets for Records Man­age­ment. Iron Moun­tain bought Accu­trac Soft­ware a while back and it was the Accu­trac prod­uct specif­i­cally that rated a Cau­tion. And Laserfiche’s RME prod­uct also was rated a Cau­tion prior to the study.
